China Scaffold Manufacturer
Cuplock vertical plays a major role in the cuplock scaffolding. It holds vertical loads, plays an important role throughout the basic bay structure, and serves as a central connection point for ledgers and transoms to make full scaffolding systems more stable, usable, and efficient.
The vertical cuplock member serves as the main vertical in cuplock scaffolding and provides basic load-bearing strength to the structure. It supports ledgers and transoms, maintains bay alignment, and helps crews assemble stable access towers and work platforms in demanding scaffolding projects. A reliable cuplock vertical allows erection efficiency to be maximized and ensures consistent performance across repeated use on site.
Huilai offers a practical cuplock vertical size range from 0.50 m to 3.00 m to match different heights and loading plans. The 0.50 m piece weighs 2.42 kg in self-finish and 2.57 kg in hot dipped galvanized finish, while the 1.00 m, 1.50 m, 2.00 m, 2.50 m, and 3.00 m options weigh 4.84/5.13 kg, 7.25/7.69 kg, 9.67/10.25 kg, 12.08/12.81 kg, and 14.50/15.37 kg, respectively. This cuplock vertical weight chart helps buyers compare coating choice, handling preference, and project loading needs more clearly.
The product contributes a lot to structural connectivity, repeated utilization, and system compatibility as a key standard of cuplock scaffolding. When buyers compare upright members for industrial, commercial, and formwork access jobs, they often search for cuplock standard, cuplock standards, and scaffolding cuplock standards. A high-quality cuplock vertical keeps all the scaffolding structures’ layout strong and at the right spacing, and helps achieve quick installation during the whole project cycle.
When buyers review cuplock scaffolding standard specifications, they usually focus on finish type, unit weight, and the available cuplock scaffolding standard sizes for each job. Huilai supports these requirements with multiple upright lengths and finish choices for a complete standard cuplock scaffolding supply. As a scaffolding factory, we help importers, wholesalers, and contractors source matching components for full scaffolding, scaffolding systems, and cuplock scaffolding packages.
| Length (m) | Self Finish Weight (kg) | Hot Dipped Galvanized Weight (kg) |
|---|---|---|
| 0.50 | 2.42 | 2.57 |
| 1.00 | 4.84 | 5.13 |
| 1.50 | 7.25 | 7.69 |
| 2.00 | 9.67 | 10.25 |
| 2.50 | 12.08 | 12.81 |

PRODUCT FAQ
These answers are based on the product details, common RFQ questions, and export order requirements.
Final dimensions, finish, packing, and delivery terms should be confirmed before quotation.
The cup spacing needs to match the Cuplock system and lift arrangement you already use. A 500 mm vertical interval is common in established Cuplock systems, allowing ledgers and transoms to be positioned at different levels. For replacement orders, confirm the center-to-center cup spacing on your existing standards rather than relying only on the overall vertical length.
Different vertical lengths can be used to build the required scaffold height when the complete arrangement is designed for those components. Shorter standards are useful where the required height does not match a full-length vertical. Final height adjustment is normally handled with the appropriate base or head jack rather than forcing the vertical connection.
A damaged cup joint should not simply be hammered back into shape and returned to service without inspection. The lower cup, rotating top cup, welds, tube, and spigot are all part of the vertical connection. If damage or deformation could reduce the component’s strength, the vertical should be removed from service until it has been properly assessed, repaired, or replaced.
The top spigot allows another vertical standard to be stacked above it when the scaffold needs to continue to the next level. Depending on the system design, the vertical joint may also include a hole for a locking pin or bolt. If you are replacing existing standards, the spigot diameter, length, and pin-hole position should be checked before ordering.
They can have different end configurations. In some Cuplock systems, access verticals have a spigot at the top so additional standards can be stacked, while support verticals may have an open upper end to accept an adjustable head jack for soffit support. Tell us whether the components are for access scaffolding or shoring so the correct end configuration can be confirmed.
No. The bottom of the scaffold should use the appropriate base arrangement, such as a base plate or adjustable base jack, on a foundation capable of supporting the scaffold loads. Adjustable jacks are also used to compensate for level differences and establish the scaffold correctly before additional lifts are erected.
